How To Attract Wealth And Abundance

Attract Wealth And Abundance

The amount of wealth you attract, including your investments, savings and regular income, has been created by two main belief frameworks that you hold. The first, and most important, is your self-worth. And the second framework revolves around your beliefs about how to attract wealth and abundance in general. To attract wealth, you can start off by uncovering your current mind/body films (feelings, thoughts, fears, memories, expectations, visualizations and beliefs) around these two areas. This is where the exercise entitled, “Life Changing Exercise: Changing Your Film!” in my book, How Life Really Works: The Answer to Finding your Purpose & Personal Fulfillment really comes in.

Your current film (beliefs, feelings, thoughts, memories, expectations and visuals) about your self-worth and attracting wealth are causing your current reality. In order to change your reality, you need to change your film to make it more empowering. Once you investigate the beliefs that are causing your current wealth level you can isolate and swap out any disempowing beliefs. The more you swap, the more your reality will change.

An example of a swap could be finding and changing the belief, ‘I’m only worthy of making 30k/year’ to ‘I’m worthy of making 130k/year or more’ (self-worth). Or changing the belief, ‘Rich people are stingy, ungrateful, jerks’ to ‘Rich people are giving, grateful deserving people’ (wealth).

You have loads of thoughts in your head that are a result of your beliefs about how reality works. These thoughts go unnoticed and worse, they put boundaries around your potential. If you don’t think you’re worthy to make millions, you’ll never make millions. If you think that rich people are bad, you’ll never allow yourself to become rich…and therefore ‘bad’.

So, how do you actively watch your films? Make a decision to be present when wealth, money or finances are in your focus. For example, when you pay your bills or make a payment, notice everything you can that’s going on in your mind and body. How do you feel physically? Does your stomach tighten and your mood deflate? What fears come up? Do you automatically start spinning downward with thoughts like, ‘I’ll never make enough money to get ahead.’ Or ‘Money flows from me too quickly,’ or ‘I hate paying for things – I hate how expensive everything is.’

What about any memories – do you think back to a time when your parents fought over money-issues and think stronger thoughts, such as ‘Money causes problems.’ And then there are your expectations. When you’re paying your bills what do you expect to happen? Do you expect that you’ll look at your bank balance and won’t be happy with what’s left? Do you often feel like you need to spend money quickly because if you don’t a bill will come through and take it away from you?

Hopefully I’ve hit on one or more beliefs that might be currently running through your head. Keep looking for disempowering beliefs because the more conscious you are about your thoughts the more control you can exert over them.

In contrast, people that are wealthy often have empowering films in the area of self-worth and money. There self-worth is healthy – they know they are just as worthy as anyone else. They welcome wealth and are often grateful to have money. When paying for things, they certainly don’t have the above outlined films running. They feel fine physically. No fears come up. Their thoughts are removed from wealth worries and they simply expect to maintain or increase their current wealth level.

So how do you get rid of your disempowering films? First, you look at them! And then you consciously acknowledged what’s going on in your mind and body. Once it’s out in the open you can choose to get rid of it or use a technique, like hypnosis, journaling, EFT, my “Life Changing Exercise: Changing Your Film!” exercise in my book, and so forth.
