Certain foods have a "metabolic balancing" effect which stops the spread of cancer.

Did you know there are natural or alternative cancer treatments that can provide more than a 93% true cure rate on recently diagnosed cancer patients, and can even achieve a greater than 50% true cure rate on cancer patients given up on by orthodox medicine?
Here is an alkaline juice recipe that incorporates some of the most powerful anti-cancer vegetables known to man.

The Anti-Cancer Juice

1 beetroot (medium)
2 radish
3 broccoli heads and stalks
1 carrot

Of all the foods consumed today, refined sugar is considered to be one of the most harmful.

The average American consumes an astounding 2-3 pounds of sugar each week, which is not surprising considering that highly refined sugars in the forms of sucrose (table sugar), dextrose (corn sugar), and high-fructose corn syrup are being processed into so many foods such as bread, breakfast cereal, mayonnaise, peanut butter, ketchup, spaghetti sauce, and a plethora of microwave meals.

A holistic approach to life is the most fulfilling way of living.

A holistic approach to life is the most fulfilling way of living.

The holistic approach to life embraces all facets of being: the physical, emotional, and spiritual. And these things are inter-connected; one affects the others, and each affects how we feel. We have the ability to reason and we have choices. One of the best things we can do to help ourselves to feel good about our lives and to improve our overall wellbeing is to associate with compassionate people with whom we can have honest relationships that are mutually supportive.

Need to lose a beer belly? Here's some uncommon advice...

Conventional wisdom says that to lose a beer belly requires cutting out alcohol and fatty foods, reducing your calorie intake, doing huge numbers of situps and cardio training like running, cycling or rowing and generally putting yourself through a rigorous, no-fun routine.  While these tactics have a role to play, they’re ineffective on their own, and I won’t repeat the same tired advice you can find elsewhere and that you know doesn’t work.  The good news is that there’s an easier way to lose a beer gut.
