Want proof that your thoughts create your reality? Read Pam Grout’s book, E-Squared…

Do you want to prove to yourself & others that your thoughts create your reality – well, go read New York Times Bestseller, Pam Grout’s, book:

E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality

This is why it’s worth reading Pam Grout’s book:

Most books of self-help and spiritual nature, attempt to discuss and postulate how life really works. Some offer exercises but they’re often quite woooo-wooooo and at times, wishy-washy. Meditations or contemplation exercises are great, but where’s the empirical proof that we’re all searching for?

I want to think something and then see it appear in front of me!

The aim of these types of books have been positioned to help the reader to find more fulfilment – in whatever shape that may take. Perhaps more happiness, more money, a more attractive body or a finding a career worth getting out of bed for.

New Way —> New World!

More recently, however, books in this genre are aimed towards a new way (or new world) of life rather than fixing this or that – a broken relationship or the bathroom scale. This new way of life is most interesting. No longer are the best selling authors writing about ‘how to win friends and influence people’ or ’30 days to a new you’. The time has come for all of us to embrace a new paradigm, or perception, of how life really works.

We’re going through the process our ancestors did when they discovered that the Earth isn’t flat – but our journey is much more fundamental and impactful than a mere change in geography. Scientists, spiritual people, church leaders and us common folk are realizing that we are all creating our own world through our own consciousness.

But what does it mean that we’re creating our world through consciousness?

We, authors, often struggle to find words, metaphors and examples to demonstrate how our thought energy invisibly radiates and eventually turns into matter. Within my blog I often attempt to show you my ‘energy’ and what I’m creating and then I change my energy as an experiment to see what changes in my reality. By doing this, I’m hoping others can gain from my reports.

As for metaphors, in my book, How Life Really Works, I use a film projector to help explain the true nature of reality. Our mind/body is the projector and we’re plugged into a source energy. The energy powers us to live life as we do. With that energy, we’re giving the opportunity to consciously be the writer, producer and actor in them! (Although most people are unconscious to this opportunity).

The energy (from the plug) flows and turns our soul on (the light bulb). The light bulb highlights our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, expectations, memories and visualisations and turns that concoction of energy into the life-stories that play out on the screen of life. (Read my book to get a fuller explanation).

You write, direct and act in your own life stories

The key concept is that you are the film writer, director and actor of your life – whether you believe it or not or whether you’re conscious of it or not. The point I’m trying to get across to readers is that you can become conscious of this process and when you do life takes on a whole different meaning.

Once you choose to believe that you’re creating everything, and really grasp what that means, you can start to consciously create your life…your films. Life gets very interesting, fun, and amazing once that happens.

That being said, it took me hundreds of metaphors to understand how life really works.

I didn’t read one book and wake up the next day thinking, ‘yes – I now get it!’ It took hundreds.

And it wasn’t education that helped me cross over from a sleep walker to a conscious creator. It was experimentation that really caused my tipping point. I’ve been experimenting for years on how to truly see my current energy and then consciously change it to a different energy or vibration. To help myself and readers, I created my Life Changing Exercise which helps users to view their current belief blueprint and create a new and improved one.

My exercise takes time and is somewhat clunky. That being said, I’ve discovered a resource that is brilliant. If you’re starting to wake up or you’re awake but want to speed up the conscious creation process go get the following book on Amazon:

E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality by Pam Grout.

Unlike many heavy spiritual or scientific jargon riddled books, this one is refreshingly simple to read and full of great humour. Although the topics can be mind-bending, Pam has this amazing ability make everything easily understandable. Her metaphors are excellent. But just understanding these concepts won’t provide you with the wisdom necessary to go off and live your life in the new world.

Pam provides 9 experiments that are easy to do and produce results within 48 hours. If you’re fed up with reading, reading, reading and then feeling like a moron because you’re life isn’t improving, improving, improving then give this a go.

Aside from skilfully titling and creating the exercises Sue approaches a subject that I, as an author, avoided completely.

What about God – where does he/she/it fit in to all this?

Sue tackles who and what God is! Rather than avoiding the elephant in the room (and those are the terms she uses!) she gets right to the heart of the matter. If you’re wondering where God fits into your thoughts becoming things, this book needs to be added to the top of your list. Errrr, no… actually, drop the book your currently reading, and get Pam’s book right now.

It’s one of those books that you can read while reading others.

Once you’re pleasantly satisfied with the introduction text, Sue starts you off with the first experiment. The experiment involves getting a gift so it’s well worth giving it a go. And while the experiment is running for the 48 hours, you can go back to whatever book you’re currently reading.
